Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to start a return.

Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • In their original, undamaged packaging with all tags and accessories included.
  • Returned due to a quality issue or defect, or simply because you changed your mind within the allowed window. (For quality issues, please provide a clear photo when you contact us.)

How to Initiate a Return
Email us at info@coopsleepggoods.it.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will reply with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

Return Shipping Cost
We cover the return shipping cost for all eligible returns. There are no restocking fees.

Refunds
Once your return package is delivered to our address, please allow 1–2 business days for our team to inspect the item and approve the refund. After approval, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take an additional 7–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will prioritize your case and offer a full refund or a free replacement, whichever you prefer, and you won’t need to cover any return shipping.

Exchanges
At this moment we do not facilitate direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order is in transit, it falls under the standard return policy described above.
